BOOKINGS
The Montesino EC team is at your service to help with the selection of services and treatments, including their proper order. We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure the availability of your favorite treatments. You can make your reservation through the website, by phone or directly at the aesthetics reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify it at least 24 hours in advance, thus preventing the charge of 100% of the treatment. A change of appointment will be possible at least 4 hours in advance, always depending on availability.
Cancellation policy
Our goal is to provide personalized and quality care at the right time. We strive to keep costs to a minimum, and with sufficient advance notice, we can protect you from necessary cancellation charges. Please review our policy regarding these situations below:
- If the appointment is not canceled 48 hours in advance, an administrative fee equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the appointment services will be charged.
- If the appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, an administrative fee of $100 will be charged.
- All deposits required by Montesino EC at the time of scheduling your appointment are non-refundable.
- All fees will be charged to the credit card kept on file or in your account.
DELAY
If you are late for your treatment, you should be aware that being late will simply shorten your treatment time. Depending on the length of your treatment, a long delay may result in a no show and therefore the full charge of the treatment fee to your account or credit card.
Please respect Montesino EC's cancellation policy giving at least 24 hours notice at the time of treatment. .In case of not canceling or modifying the reservation according to the cancellation policy, the full amount of the reserved treatments will be charged.
HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION
We recommend that you do not perform the treatments right after eating and they will not be performed on any client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Shaving before an exfoliation treatment and sunburn before any SPA service should be avoided. Please notify us of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that could affect the service when you make your reservation.
Pregnant women under 6 months, heart or pressure problems are not recommended to use the aesthetic facilities. Please allow the spa team to guide you in the selection of treatments since some treatments are not recommended during this time special.
